Yes, our order form is a secure document. The order form and any information included are encrypted for privacy while in transit.

What will my Credit Card Statement show?

For orders placed within our store for hard good, your credi card statment will say: Paypal. For orders placed for our membership subscriptions service, your credit card statement will say: Epoch

What is your return policy?

We will replace any defective item with a new, identical, working item, free of charge. All returned packages must be postmarked within 30 days of their initial receipt. Please include a brief description of the problem.

How much is your membership and how often will I be billed?

Our membership is $22.95/month and you will be billed every 30 days.

What video formats do you offer?

Nathan Strausse offers streaming flash video and donwloadable Quicktime and Windows Media player. If your computer is a Mac, download the Quicktime version. If your computer is a PC, download the Windows Media version. You must have Quicktime player or Windows Media player in order download and play these videos on your computer. Are your videos DRM Wrapped?

No our videos are not DRM. So you can downlaod them and keep them, even if you cancel your membership.

Do members get to download zip files of the photos in larger format then displayed on the site?

Yes, as a member you will have access to every photo set in a zip file format to download and enjoy. Photos downloaded from the zip files are 1500 pixels.

How do I cancel my subscription and if I cancel in the middle of a month, will I still be billed?

To cancel your subscription, go to: https://epoch.com/billingsupport/ and click on the "Cancel Membership" Icon with the big red X.

I'm having problems with the Windows Media Files:

In order to play of windows media files first make sure you have all the required software to view our Windows Media 9 files.

Required operating systems:
PC only - Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000 or Windows XP Our Windows Media videos currently do not work for MAC or UNIX users (please download and play the Quicktime version of each video).

Required browsers:
Internet Explorer 6.0 or better, Mozilla 1.7.3 or better

Required video player:
Windows Media Player 9.0 or better

Make sure you have all the crucial Microsoft updates and patches required for your operating system. You can use the Microsoft Windows Update system to make sure your operating system is updated.

I'm having problems with the Quicktime Video Files:

To play downloaded Quicktime videos, your system must meet the following requirements:

The minimum system configuration is:
• Internal Memory: 256 Mb RAM
• Operating System: MAC OSX
• Media Player: QuickTime 7

The optimal system configuration is:
• Internal Memory: 512 MB RAM
• Operating System: MAC OSX
